We are excited to announce that Mehdi Hakik has accepted the role of General Manager at Integra-Cast, Inc. (ICI). Mehdi is a distinguished executive with a wealth of international experience in aerospace manufacturing, particularly in advanced casting solutions.
His leadership experience spans multiple continents, having overseen several manufacturing sites worldwide. This global perspective, combined with his hands-on approach in diverse cultural and operational settings, has honed his ability to lead strategically and adapt to varying business environments.
Before joining the Integra-Cast team, Mehdi served as the Managing Director of Tube Mills in France at LP Aerospace, where he led multi-site operations in the aerospace sector. His extensive career has seen him in various leadership roles across supply chain, sales, engineering, quality, and operations, giving him a comprehensive understanding of business functions and driving operational excellence.
Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Mehdi excels in developing and executing growth strategies, making informed strategic decisions, and aligning business objectives. His passion for building strong partnerships, coaching teams through change, and creating scalable solutions will be invaluable to Integra-Cast.
In his role, Mehdi will assume full P&L responsibility, driving innovation and sustainable growth by leveraging analytical and data-driven strategies to improve product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
