We are excited to announce that David Arcesi, former Owner & President of Integra-Cast, Inc., has assumed the role of Vice President of Research & Development.
David acquired Integra-Cast in 2004 after spending 10 years in various roles across the organization, including Sales, Operations, and Engineering management. During his tenure, he transformed the production process from a batch system to a more efficient flow process, implementing lean techniques and re-engineering processes to improve control and efficiency. These initiatives led to significant reductions in processing time and enhanced product quality. David also pioneered several innovative processes that enabled customers to quickly bring new products and technologies to market. His unique blend of technical expertise and practical implementation has allowed him to simplify complex systems. His customer-focused, forward-thinking approach to value creation led him to introduce vertical integration of machining and foundry processes under one roof—an industry standard now widely adopted by major OEMs.
David’s career in manufacturing began at the Georgia Duck & Cordage Mill, where he designed and implemented the company’s first automated production control system. He later returned to Connecticut in 1995 to earn a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Hartford.
Please join us in welcoming David Arcesi to his new role at ICI. His passion for problem-solving and innovation will continue to make him an invaluable member of the company he helped build.
