The leadership teams of Integra-Cast, Inc., a Spartan Aerospace Group company, and Spartan Aerospace Group recently convened at the United States Military Academy at West Point to participate in Thayer Leadership training. This program develops principled leaders grounded in character, accountability, and service. Thayer’s proprietary leadership model is inspired by the U.S. Army’s proven approach to cultivating values-based, agile, and resilient leaders. Through world-class applied academics and hands-on experiential learning, the training empowers leaders at every level to drive meaningful action and lasting change.
