This week, Integra-Cast, Inc. leadership rolled up their sleeves and cooked lunch for the entire team to celebrate reaching the next round of key goals.
At the last celebration, a challenge was issued: “If you keep exceeding expectations at this pace, we’ll cook steaks for you next time.” The team rose to the occasion—and then some. So instead of just steaks, the menu was upgraded to include shrimp and lobster.
Joseph Paris, Suleman Butt, Mehdi Hakik, David Arcesi, David Piacitelli, and even John Buckridge showcased culinary skills worthy of Connecticut’s finest kitchens.
The chef hats were a fun addition, but what truly fuels the Integra-Cast team is not the food—it’s the shared commitment to delivering world-class performance every day.
