A maximum of 4 passengers plus the Captain are welcome on Conway Charters. All of the rates above include up to 4 passengers.

Advance Booking: All charters may be scheduled one full year in advance and do require a valid credit card to secure your charter experience.







Booking Policy






Arrival Policy


Our booking policy is to meet at the boat five minutes prior to your scheduled charter time.

Early arrival enhances everyone’s experience. A late arrival will result in either a shortened charter time or a no show fee. This will be at the discretion of the Captain.

Unfortunately, running into the next client’s scheduled charter cannot make up for a late arrival.




Weather Cancellations


If the trip is cancelled by the Captain due to bad weather, we will try to re-book your charter experience for a better day if the client’s schedule allows.

Due to safety, charters may be cancelled by the Captain due to bad weather or unforeseen boat problems. This cancellation is made at the dock on the day of the trip, only at the Captain’s discretion.




Advance Cancellation


Your reservation is very important to us. We understand schedules can be extremely hectic.

If by chance you are unable to attend your charter experience, we do require that you cancel a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

More times than not we have a long waitlist so we ask that you allow someone else to enjoy your time-slot if you’re unable to do so.







Cancellation Fees & No-Show Policy






Late Cancellation Fee


Any cancellation not made with a 48-hour notice will result in a $100.00 non-refundable charge.

The $100.00 charge will also be subject to the 4% credit card fee. The 4% credit card fee will also be non-refundable.

The non-refundable charge and 4% credit card fee cannot be used as a credit toward future charters.




No-Show Policy


If you do not show up to your scheduled charter experience we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation with another client.

No shows at the dock by client’s will be charged the full charter amount. Your credit card on file will be charged for the charter experience you originally reserved – NO EXCEPTIONS!

The charge will also be subject to the 4% credit card fee.







Important Notice


Please know that all future charter reservations must be prepaid prior to scheduling a new charter experience.

It’s important to know that when you forget, change your charter without enough notice, cancel last minute or no show we miss the opportunity to fill that charter experience with another excited client.

Everyone’s time is extremely valuable. Please be courteous of our policies.
