We are pleased to announce that Suleman Butt has joined Integra-Cast, Inc. (ICI) as Director of Engineering and Quality. Suleman brings extensive experience as an engineering and quality compliance professional, with deep expertise in the aerospace manufacturing sector.
In aerospace, Suleman has supplemented his academic background with several industry-recognized certifications, including AS9100 & ISO 9001:2015, AS13001, AS13100, and multiple Level III Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) certifications in Liquid Penetrant and Radiographic Testing. His specialized training ensures product integrity and regulatory compliance throughout all stages of production.
Beyond his technical qualifications, Suleman holds certification in Internal Audit Leadership (QUIAL) and possesses strong knowledge of quality management systems, lean manufacturing principles, and risk-based thinking — essential competencies in highly regulated environments. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, effective leadership style, and hands-on approach, he balances strategic oversight with operational execution.
In his new role, Suleman will lead all facets of engineering, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives within our high-precision industrial environment.
